- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪In my experience here, the staff was incredibly impatient and rude. The dentist snapped at me for unintentionally screaming when he hit a nerve, despite everything going well up until that point and me apologizing, the office manager rolled her eyes at me when I requested a slip that indicating that they were referring me to another dentist because "they didn't want to hurt me." (Don't get into dentistry if you're not into causing pain.) She thought it too much trouble to provide me this one favour as I am not from Westlock. They were uncaring in my emergency situation and were concerned only with having me leave. Absolute worse dentist appointment ever. At least my name isn't Dr. B.J.by A Google UserNovember 06, 2017
